"Just like you, we were concerned that we would never find a web design firm that would be able to help us with our website, let alone one that was very familiar with the Volusion platform. First of all, memaddog is great to work with. Communication was quick and easy as our emails would be answered within 24hrs. He worked within our budget. He always listened to our requests and suggestions and followed through with them. If something didn't work with the design we could always go back and try again, but he never griped about it and his enthusiasm never wavered. He has a great understanding of the Volusion platform and did things to our store that we didn't know were possible. Working on our store ended up being a fun process and the final result, well we couldn't be happier. We've even seen an increase in our conversion rates since the redesign. We don't consider our website done. We will continue to get better and better, we know that we'll be doing so with memaddog along the way.
